1, Wipe the current Eu and US servers.
2. Re-Start the head start at a later date when all can participate, not just some.
3, If this is not possible, refund without question, any monies spent on this game, both purchase of the game and any credits,
4, Offer an un-reserved apology to you cusotmers.
5, Give us updates as to what is happening.
