To the City of Winter Garden, We the Residents of Windward Cay ask you to deny the Special Exception request of the Casablanca Cigar Lounge. We believe that the Lounge is wrong for Windward Cay for the following reasons: -Higher Crime. -Increased Noise. -Toxic Odors and Fumes from outdoor smoking on the Patio. -Is not an approved use in the existing Zoning ordinance on the property. -Will (we believe) result in a Hard Liquor Bar within 25 feet of our homes in the future The Undersigned Residents of Windward Cay
