There is no need to no grant a lease. Windsor residents and community need this club and it can then make improvements and get finance if they have security.

My family have volunteered through the generations to help keep the club going from calling bingo numbers to keeping the club maintained and decorated.Even now family members still volunteer and it would be nice to think it wasn`t all for nothing and that the clubs future could be secure.
