WIND must get better customer service!
When WIND came to market they said: We listened to you! and for the most part they did, (*) No Contracts (*) Great Customer Service (*) Promised cost-to-coast coverage (*) Cheap Plans Until now. As you probably know if you're a WIND customer, their over-the-phone customer service line has become well... almost like when you broke up with your crazy ex... We've ranted, we've flamed, we've shouted to high heavens and yet WIND hasn't even scratched its nose. Hopefully, with this they'd change. Here's a list of what to change: (*) Fix or fire the CSRs Gone Rogue (*) Get rid of or enforce working policies on the Call Center in Eygpt (*) Hire More Canadians We're not asking for miracles here, we're asking you admit your mistake and fix it.
