I am fully supportive of continuing STR’s in Wilmington and imposing additional rules on 4+ bedrooms is not good business judgement

I love Vermont! I would NOT rent my place long term if short-term rentals were banned. The effect would only be lower tourism in the area and (and the associated revenue from them and my renting expenses).

The solution to helping one group of people shouldn't be to harm a different group of people.

Restricting STR would be foolish.

I believe short term rentals are essential to the local economy and limiting them will be detrimental to all parties.

Please rethink this proposal. It will have such a negative impact on tourism and economy.

Please don't prevent homeowners from easily participating in the STR market. For many people, this is how they afford having a vacation home in Vermont where the taxes are high. Restrictive rules as if homeowners are businesses with deep pockets will hurt the local economy in many ways.

We love coming to visit the surrounding ski areas and it would be terrible if we can’t rent at our favorite place

Not allowing STR will have a major negative impact on already struggling economies. STR employees many people in the community and ensure people come visit the area to enjoy the outdoor life and while they are renting they support the local economy.

It is what keeps this community going. Without tourist we hurt the local businesses.

While this does not affect me directly since I don't rent out my house, I do believe finding a logical, reasonable, well thought out compromise makes the most sense for the community.

I believe this will be detrimental to Chimneyhill .

This restriction will be completely detrimental to the economy of the Deerfield Valley. We have had so many challenges over the years, we don’t want/need more restrictions or loss of revenue. We want to attract new businesses snd homeowners, not drive them away. Please be reasonable! Most people live in 3 bedroom homes, not 2!

A 2 BR restriction seems anti family to me. And when my girlfriends and i (all in our 70's) enjoy a getaway we prefer our own rooms. We rent 3-4 bedrrom places. I just dont understand the rationale.
