I believe these chemicals also contaminate soil at 501 rock Raymond Rd. My home smells like chemicals as does the soil. No plants will grow. The ground has also been hot when walking with no shows. Very strange and should be investigated. What is going on underground that we may not be aware of?? I wouldn't put anything past our Government.

Why does council president Gazzerro want to force people who have more than one car (who live on Mary street) PAY to park on a lot on William street? When he himself takes up over half of his own block with his vehicles? Gazzerro is the main person behind the Borough forcing the land owner to sell the property to the borough!!

Complete transparency, clear communication with Borough residents, and EPA oversight are essential for this alarming issue. Don't keep residents in the dark; especially when their health is potentially at risk.

This needs to be openly discussed with the residents and thoroughly vetted by the PA EPA before anything proceeds further.

As a growing young family I do not support the decision of excavating a home where it will be detrimental to the health of those in the surrounding areas.

Please be transparent with this operation or the residents of Downingtown will lose all trust in their elected officials and public boards.
