William “Billy” Curtin is a bold, insightful, and honest young man that was born and raised in Mount Greenwood. He believes in bringing positive and principled change to the 19th Ward of Chicago. As a lifelong resident, he has seen, first-hand, the sickening corruption of Matt O’Shea, and how it has negatively affected the youth, infrastructure, and hard working people that call the 19th Ward home.
