What a nonsense to reduce the operational hours of the library int he Scottish National Book town and the heart of that town given its rural location and limited services. Please think again.

Imstead of reducing hours why not find ways to keep it open and expand its use ,we visited while on holiday and were drawn to the town because of its Book status
