The Lesbians, Gays, and Bis are just like you. People, people who walk the streets. People who you can see on a daily bases. We are people just like you, and we should have the same rights as you. We legalized blacks to marry whites, and we had a huge fuss over that. Now why can't a man and a man or a woman and a woman get married? Whats the big deal? Its not like its going to hurt you. We are not savages, monsters, and we are not a disease. Our "gayness" is not contagious, so whats there to worry?
Sign the Legalizing Gay Marriage in Wisconsin petition, help your friends, help the people who want their own fate to come true.
I really thought this might just float around in the void but seeing this kind of movement is honestly spinning my head a little bit. It is just so wild to see people starting to get it and it makes me feel like maybe things actually can shift for the better.
