My goal for this petition is to get as many signatures as possible and to let people see that same sex couples no matter what sex is just as much rights as a straight couple. In the real world there is no perfect marriage realtionship or partnership so therefor why not allow same sex couples to have the same right. I am now with the most wonderful person that I have ever met. I have been with a very abusive man before her and now being with her she has showed me what love is. And I want to marry but when we get home we will no longer be legally married in our home state and it's sad. There is so many people out there that want to marry their partner and can not every one has different views on a relationship but who is to say what is perfect or right or wrong? Not a council, a judge, board of people or the president who actually agrees with it! I hope that who ever may read this will agree and sign and for the straight human beings please look at your partner and see how you feel to be with the person you love whether married or not and know that just because you are straight and others are gay doesn't mean we don't deserve to have the same rights as straight couples.
