Transwomen are male. Males cannot be women, legal and social etiquette aside: a woman is an adult human female. A man cannot possibly 'feel like a woman', no such feeling exists. The state of being a woman is not embodied in any feeling, or manifested in any costume. It is based on being born female, and living into adulthood.

Sex change is not technically possible. The medical establishment has been captured by an almost religious ideology, resembling a cult. Everyone is either male or female. The Very small number of people with DSD - where sex is somewhat ambiguous - Doesn’t change anything about the overwhelming majority of “trans” and “non binary” people who are simply choosing to force everyone to participate in a delusion that says they are not their true biological sex. Forbidding and erasing spaces where females can be with only females, to participate in activities where there are no males present, is harmful to women.

I feel I can no longer carry on as President as I have a duty of care to my members but am expected to let a man come to our meetings and not ask him/her any questions

The WI used to be something that was truly just for us - a safe place. It feels as though the gender ideology movement has been riding roughshod over something precious to thousands of us for the sake of a handful of men's demands for 'validation'. I'd welcome and support the creation of a Trans institute, separate from ours.

Shocking that any male who wants to live his life as a woman would want to become a member. The cognitive dissonance is on the charts crazy. Such disrespect for women and our needs - which is to be able to organise amongst ourselves without males being around, the whole premise of this org.
