A Vote on Trans Women Joining Women's Institutes

Sex is real and cannot be changed, Gender ideology is harmful to women and children. Let's put an end to this nonsense!

I did look to become a member but then I realised that males are allowed to join, unfortunately that means this is not a space for women, I am not willing to risk becoming a prop in someone’s fetish. Please, stop excluding females in favour of a small percentage of males.

I joined WI before I found out thd NFWI support gender ideology-I won't renew my membership because of it.

Was seriously considering joining the WI, but not until this lunacy is dismissed. The WI has a fabulous history enabling and celebrating women, let’s keep it out of the hands of those who would hand it over to men larping as women.

In 1915, we set out to give women a voice. Now that voice is being handed over to men who believe they ‘feel’ like women. How can any man know what is is like to be a woman?

Every cell in your body us sexed either male or female. A man in a dress is a man in a dress, not a new type of woman.

I would love to join the WI, but feel unable when it is not single sex. I do not believe in gender identify which reduces women to stereotypes and the 'performance' of womanhood.

I contacted my local WI late last year as I wanted to join for the first time. However, once I discovered that males are welcome, I decided to withdraw, and won't join until this policy is reversed. My local WI is a small group of older members; they need new younger members like me to help keep them going in the longer term, but I want to join a female only organisation.

Women need women only organisations. Trans “women” are not women
