I was due to join friends at our local WI in Waterlooville but, because a man may legitimately join, I won’t be until this is sorted.
Woman= adult human female (not a dress and makeup)

If a long standing organisation, specifically created and dedicated to the furtherance of opportunity for women, cannot hold to its core founding principle, what IS it for? Humans cannot change sex. Men are not women. 'Woman' is not an identity for men to opt in to.

Males have no place in the WI which is intended for women. Over 90% of men self identifying as women have fully intact male bodies and are not transitioning.

Just as I want to join WI they let men join. I couldn't join in the 90s because I was an unmarried mother. Now I'm married ans eligible to join I can't because now they let men in. Men who are pretending to be women because they have a sexual fetish for pretending to be women.

Men aren't ever women! Women's institute isn't for men, regardless of how they identify! Under the EA2010 you can legally discriminate & leave the WI single sex! Gender identity doesn't trump reality.

I was planning on joining the WI in my retirement, but can’t join an institution that denies biology and allows men to declare themselves women. If you can’t accurately define what a woman is, you can’t advocate for women.
