At last some common sense. As many have said the clue is in the name "Women's Institute". All other women's only spaces need to be protected too.

I would have joined this organisation but will never do so as long as trans identifying males are allowed in, whether pre- or post-surgery. They're either men or men with their penises chopped off, and don't belong in a WOMEN's institution.

My support is for WI to reject gender identity ideology and revoke membership of men of who have joined since 2015 or earlier and remove the CEO who is not representing women or the views of women
Gender is an oppressive concept
AGPs and transgender men are not women
You cannot fight for women if the definition of membership is not sex based
I was horrified by the front cover image of a transgender man at WI

Women should only mean biological women. Men will never be women no matter how many hormones they take, what bits they lop off or any amount of makeup or fishnet stockings. Men’s invasion of women’s single-sex spaces needs to stop. Well done WI declaration for standing up to this colonisation by men
