“Are we really saying it is no longer permissible for women – biological women – to freely associate with each other? That there is no space whatsoever – no changing room, no domestic-violence shelter, not even a local WI chapter – where women may gather without men? If we are, then let’s be honest about that. Let us openly say that women are no longer allowed to organise themselves as they choose.
But in a free society everyone should enjoy freedom of conscience and freedom of association. In this case, that means the right of women to believe that a man can never become a woman, and the right of women to meet with other women for whatever reason they desire.”

The clue is in the title. Women are adult female humans. Men and transwomen have every right to self-organise, create their own organisations and exclude women. Women do not need to make space for transwomen under the guise of ‘being kind’. Women are the priority here, not some misguided notion of ‘equality’ (for which women continue to fight, to this day).

The Entire Reason Women Only spaces for women exists, is to keep Women Safe!!! Safety to speak, express themselves in a safe space, away from men. Women are now Isolating. Isolation Harms all women, who in the past we’re Guaranteed safe Women Only spaces and would reach out . Allowing men in Women only spaces is Traumatizing & Isolating Women.

If the WI continue to allow men to infiltrate their organisation it will go down. Men only join to turn everything the WI so into affirmation for them.
