Too close to regina it should be pushed further east - past White city.

I think the bypass is too close to the city. How many overpasses will there be and a person find a good map of the proposed route and new route ? Hard to find a good map!

The bypass should be rerouted or the consulting reports should be publicized without redactions.

Why is a good question. It makes no sense at all.

i honestly believe that the rural road of Saskatchewan need to be repaired and most of them need to be torn out and paved again because the pot holes are so dangerous. It's getting to the point where it isn't safe to drive on many of the roads that we must drive on! I'm not from Regina and I don't want my tax dollars going toward a 1.2 BILLION Dollar bypass that doesn't even function as a bypass!

do it right the first time, look further east of the city and not within city limits

This is just going to be useless in a couple of years from now, just like the fixing up of victoria Ave E. and Arcola ave. E. Those should have been widened and there should be a specific lane for TRUCKS only.,. I can only imagine what goes through tourists and Truckdrivers minds when they come through the city. We alread have enough people laughing at us because of the name, can we not get it right, ever? Lets spend our tax dollars wisely and get it right the first time.. We need to decongest the east bound traffic. NOW!!1

It makes no sense to have the road that close to the city. In a very few yes the city will be out there. And even on the other side of the road.

Further East would make far more sense as there would be more space for a normal interchange and would also allow for a future route heading North from the Number 1 highway .

MHI needs to look up the definition of a Bypass road

Please please please, understand what winnipeg/edmonton have done with their "highways". Push the busy traffic away from the residential areas. Regina is a laughing stock compared to other major cities due to how we develop our city. Why not follow suit with the larger cities. Why go against the grain? Or do we(regina) just like the throw away the tax payers money?

The proposed Toer Road location makes absolutely no sense. To build this in what is already in city limits is mind boggling. Let's use some common sense!
