Why the government is building here is simply very short sited. As someone who drives this on a weekly basis I am very concerned regarding the safer issue it will cause. Yes something needs to be built but to squeeze it into this small area makes zero sense. But of course it takes courage to admit when one has made a mistake.

How can a govt spend this kind of money and not share details with the public? (Our money)

Regina is a fast growing city. The bypass should be built much farther east of the city than the proposed

Pretty simple to the average person.....Tower Road is right beside housing- this is absolutely ridiculous. As a person who has commuted from Regina to Emerald Park for the last 17 years, I have seen the traffic volume grow tremendously. For the safety of all of us that commute daily, it only makes sense to force the truck traffic further away, out by Balgonie. The truck drivers don't want to be caught up in this mess of traffic either. The proposed bypass will not alleviate any traffic on #1 ear if Regina. Someone please tell me how this makes any sense.

Who really is benefiting from locating the Bypass on Tower Road? The truth will come out sooner or later.

The NE proposal makes much more sense due to location to the NE Regina industrial area, the lesser cost and the location further east on Victoria.

ridiculous location and it will be the same as the existing ring road, right on top of city residences

The proposed northern route makes more sense and would save a substantial amount of taxpayer's hard earned money. Its not too late to change the Ministry's mind and retender the whole project.

I think this a very poorly though out route. It should start right at Balgony if it is to go ahead.

I definitely think that the bypass should begin further out of the city and include a northern leg.

Present plan is short term thinking. (Should be built futher East). Need more over passes built. Shouldn't use P3 financing - will cost more in long run. Should be built by local /Canadian contracters
