Why the Beep Test should be BANNED.

2 people at my daughters school throw up and someone sliced it it.

I agree, it feels like torture and like your going to faint and you push yourself to go further so you don't look bad but i learnt that it doesn't matter. I have severe asthma but i still do the test i get up to shuttle 3 the most of the time. I don't mind because I do loads of sport like basketball and tag rugby and that is more than 2 hours a week excluding PE.

This is actually ridiculous. What are you going to petition next? Ban classroom work because it's mentally taxing? Overworking the children's mind is cruel so no more work in school? It's a fitness test where you stop voluntarily, when you are ready to do so

I have to do this at school, and as an already anxious person, I always have panic attacks when I get home
