Being relatively new to Santa Fe, I honed in quickly on the restaurants and vendors who served the foods I enjoy and can eat. Revolution Bakery was fast atop the list, with high quality ingredients, an affordable price point, and an ethos I could stand behind. Each week at the Farmer's Market, I lament the lack of baked goods I am able to enjoy. There is one vendor whose products are fair, but are grossly overpriced. Competition is good --look at how many booths sell the same bunches of kale-- and variety is important to provide to the shoppers. I the Santa Fe Farmer's market won't allow Revolution in, I'll still make my weekly pilgrimage to the bakery. But the short-sightedness of the Market board will be air-apparent. I'm very happy to back this petition, and hope the board will find a space for the bakery to serve a broader clientele. Cheers!

Revolution Bakery should be allowed to sell at the Santa Fe Farmers Market. They produce a consistently high quality product! They can work with the other gluten free vendors so they offer different products. Revolution Bakery will be a real asset to the Santa Fe Market.

There is NO WAY a bakering can grow it's own grains in Northern New Mexico. Wake up and smell the coffee Farmer's Market!!!! Be reasonable.

Revolution bakery should be able to see their delicious goods at our local Farmer's Market. Why someone with glutin free goods from TAOS is allowed to, yet our very local Revolution Bakery is not, is beyond comprehension. Others sell baked goods that they did not grow the grains for, so lets at least be consistent! Thanks for your consideration.
