HRANA has identified 5 Acid-Attack-Gisas-Cases (eyes and ears) their verdicts are ready to be executed in Rajaie Shahr prison in Iran but Physicians Community are resisting the execution of these verdicts.
We Undersigned names urge World Health Organization and other International communities to put pressure on Islamic Republic not to make physicians to do crime against their will. Iranian Judiciary authorities must stop any acid attack Qisas verdicts immediately.
حکم قصاص دستکم ۵ محکوم به قصاص از طریق ناقص سازی اعضای صورت با اسید از جمله مجتبی یساولی در زندان رجاییشهر کرج آماده اجراست با اینحال علیرغم فشار دستگاه قضایی، جامعه پزشکی برای نپذیرفتن مسئولیت اجرای این احکام تاکنون مقاومت کرده است
ما امضا کنندگان زیر از سازمان جهانی بهداشت و جامعه جهانی می خواهیم با فشار بر جمهوری اسلامی مانع اجبار پزشکان به انجام جنایت برخلاف میلشان شوند. مقامات قضایی ایران بایستی فورا کلیه احکام قصاص با اسید را لغو کنند
