We should literally not be fighting about this. It's the law, she's not abiding by it, if she can't do her job because of religious beliefs then she can find a different job that she can do. I mean seriously it's a crime, lock her up.

Everybody deserves to marry the person they love, and they are the only ones who can make that decision for themselves.

Everyone deserves the right to spend the rest of their life with the one they love. Love wins. Get over it.

Although I do not think that this would go through due to the fact that Whitley County is overwhelmingly conservative, it doesn't hurt to voice your opinion. Make your voices heard!

Two people can't get married because it goes against your religion? Well you better stop cutting your hair, eating pork, wearing mixed fabrics, etc.

Civil marriage and marriage in a church are two different things. The law says that civil marriage is for ALL people regardless of race, creed, color or sexual orientation. Abide by the law or resign.

Kay Schwartz is not upholding her government duty. If she cannot do her job without her religion interfering then it's time for her to step down. Same sex marriage shouldn't effect a heterosexual marriage unless at least one party is LGBTQA.
