White Fences

This is ridiculous. More overreach by the ACC and Cooper.

The ACC should go do something worthwhile rather than attack white fences! White fences look nice!

White fences should be allowed in Bella Vista. The POA should focus their attention on poorly maintained fences instead. Thank you.

White fences add attractive contrast to a home's color scheme and therefore should be allowed. I feel the POA should pay more attention to fences that are poorly maintained, especially 6 foot privacy fences, which in my opinion detract from the rural beauty of our area because they create a visual "wall" that blocks views of beautiful trees.

Nothing more American than a white picket fence.

ACC is out of touch with modern design standards. ACC should answer to citizens and NOT Cooper Communities.

This is just unfair. There are more important things to worry about here rather than "white fences".

We don't have a "white" fence but signed the petition as a protest against the ACC ruling. There are more major violations in Bella Vista than worrying about "white" fences.

My wife has wanted me to put up a fence for our dogs, now seems to be a good time for it. Very fond of chicken egg white.

White picket fence lives matter

There is a beautiful picket white fence in our neighborhood. This is absurd. Especially for for those who have already gone to the expense and care to have one.

Ridiculous ruling from a group that should hold no power over Bella Vista.

We should have the right to have what ever color of fence we want. We pay for our property not you.

There is nothing wrong with white fences. The ACC doesnt even ask the people what they want!
