There is nothing wrong with white picket fences around your home. That represents the American dream no wonder liberals want to crush it

painting PVC will cause the paint to peel off. It won't stick well. It is far more attractive to have pretty white fences than unsightly peeling fences.

This is too much, ACC. Please realize you are micromanaging your residents and putting ridiculous expectations on property that is not yours. These are people’s houses and their money. What about people who can’t afford to do this? If you need to say no to white, a totally normal, acceptable color, you really need to consider that you are not thinking of others or keeping their best interest at heart. So disappointing!
