White fences are beautiful. Why do think you have the right to tell us we cannot have a white fence? Why does white offend you?

I have always liked my neighbor's white fence which is always well maintained. The white fence and my neighbors are real assets to our community.

IF your going to pick on the very NICE looking white fences, they better go out and pick on the WOOD fences, including the split rail fences. Most look horrible, are in need of repair, painting/staining.

Stop nitpicking! These fences look nicer than painted wood fences that fade and need constant touch up. A homeowner should also have the option of what color accents they want for their house and property. We are not a ticky tackey, everybody the same community. We are individuals with individual likes.

This enforcement is stupid and unnecessary. I am so tired of 3 forms of govt in BV. We should only be governed by the City, the POA should be the parks & recreation dept, and the ACC should NOT exist. A house with white trim should have a white fence if that's what the owners want.

The decision is overreach. It appears the ACC took this approach simply because they failed to document which homes were to be grandfathered at the time grandfathering began. This is unfair. If wh1te fences are banned, ban them eff 1/1/2022, grandfather homes with white fences prior to that date, and document all homes eligible to be grandfathered.

What makes these so bad
