It's hard to go as often as we would like when it costs so much in time and gas and then the major effort to have frozen or refrigerated items properly kept that way for the 2 to 2 1/2 hour drive home. So thinking about only going once every 2 months or so vs once a week and think of the extra impulse buying!

I agree that Hilo side needs a Costco. There are nearly double the population on Hilo side compared to Kona.

Yes, if an east side location can be found (that promotes efficient and safe movement of traffic), this could work. Have been throwing the idea around for decades!
