Another argument: The West Side Costco appears to be running at above capacity. Crowded aisles, lines waiting for gas, lack of sufficient parking. So another store would ease that burden and make it better for all island Costco shoppers.

Yes yes yes! When we lived in Kona, the Costco there went a long way to make it more affordable. It also is a socially responsible company which provides a ton of jobs for workers in the area. A win all the way around.

It’s time and prudent to bring Costco to Hilo side. We can easily support our own store on this side.

As a homeowner and business owner in Keaau we NEED a Costco for the thousands of us who live on the East side and can’t afford the cost or travel time to drive to Kona.

I agree, but I've heard the County Council won't allow it. Look into the ownership/alliance with Cost U Less. This is long overdue.

Suggest Kona Costco check out input all shoppers residence zip code to prove that we are the majority on Hawai'i Island and deserve a Costco!
