Come on Hilo will make Costco$ and save us $...can't handle the drive to kona! Hilo has more population than kona! We need it!

Hilo really needs a Costco over here. Kona's population is less that Hilos and it takes us almost 2 hours each way to make the trip. I'm sure Costco would realize locating a store on the Hilo side would do as well or even better than the Kona side...

The population of East Hawaii continues to increase and the prices also. But that is not the only reason for wanting to have a "neighborhood" Costco. It's very simply that on numerous items, Costco offers it's public better quality and in the electronics department, excellent service less the sales pitch.

For years east Hawaii residents have supported the Kona Costco. A Costco store in east Hawaii (Keaau perhaps?) is long overdue.

I live in Kona, but Hilo needs a Costco. The one here is constantly full.

Hilo needs a Costco. The only reason I drive to Kona is for Costco. If there was one in Hilo I'd go there.

Oh the benifits of Costco in Hilo!!! Yes it would be so awesome and we all need this. I believe it would be the best thing for all who live here.

When joined costco in Kona, it changed everything for me. Feeding multiple people was no longer an issue. Local supermarkets in kona still exist. But Costco made it possible to buy food again in Hawaii...

Costco: HILO WANTS your Business!!!
This is a no-brainer for you.
We have 2014 population of over 1.4M.
Additionally, eager to shop tourists flood though our airport & port daily.

There is No good reason for people in Hilo having to drive to Kona to get to Costco.Even as the new Saddle road helps.
