In my hometown of North Berwick East Lothian we only have small plastic boxes for our recycling & want to have wheelie bins for it instead, as the boxes fly away in the wind & North Berwick is a very windy area they are also not big enough to put all our recycling in.
This would be going to East Lothian Council
