What’s a Rex, without his Hudson?

I recently found this show and love it! Extremely disappointing that John wasn’t allowed to come back. No loyalty. Shame on you.

Ridiculous decision to fire John Reardon. I am so very mad at this decision & then think you can still call it the same.. Such a slap in the face to him ti fire him IVER illness .. Would be illegal in the USA !

I miss John Reardan and the show is not the same. Please please bring John Reardon back as Charlie Hudson. I haven't watched Hudson & Rex since Season E1. It just isn't the same. I love all of the original actors. But John Reardon deserves the role as Charlie and to continue working. He's is very humble and deserves his job back!!

I've been watching this series since the beginning. John Reardon made this a successful show. It's not fair to take it away from him because he became sick. It's not as if he chose to get sick and have to be away from the show. I don't have anything against Luke Roberts but now that John is cancer-free, he is entitled to return to it if he wants to continue in the role. Even if you want to change the format to something more serious, he's entitled to be at the helm. If he doesn't return (his choice), you might as well cancel the show. I and many others will not be watching it without him in the show.

I watch the show, but really miss John Reardon with Rex. Will not watch without his return.

It's just not right. Maybe he was asking for a salary increase before he got sick but the man still got seriously sick and was ready and able to pick up where he left off with fans of the show. Please consider bringing Reardon back as Charlie.

There is no Hudson and Rex, without Charlie. Finally seeing how things were unfolding, I was immediately coming to object, esp after seeing the end of the season 7 ep 8 and I got scared so I went straight to Google... What in the hell is going on? Not only can you not have a Charlie & Rex without Charlie, You can't have a Charlie's brother without the Charlie cuz it's still HUDSON & REX. So then there is no body, and I thought... No body? Hmmm, maybe Charlie is returning but the replacement? Nope. No Charlie but a Hudson we don't know and love...? No, It has to be Charlie& Rex or it's NO Charlie & Rex! And the new guy can't just step in and be, like, EVERYTHING, It just doesn't work... shut it down!

The show just isn't the same without John Reardon

This is the worst decision in the show's history. A great way to kill the series. I have nothing against Luke Roberts, but he's good in Ransom. The one and only Hudson is John Reardon. I don't know who made this decision, but he'd be better off finding another career.

John Reardon is the only actor who should have been considered for playing Charlie Hudson on the series Hudson and Rex.

John Reardon is a lot better actor than Luke Roberts hands down!
