Water, Gas, and Lights of Albany, GA is charging customers too much for services.

The price of my light bill is just to much!! $450.00 add $203.00 that my house payment!! I think y'all need to be investigated somebody over charging somewhere!!

BILL IS HIGHER THAN THE RENT AND IT KEEPS GOING UP

Just don't make sense for your bill to continue to go up each month even when you do all the things they tell you that should keep your bill low.

Oh yes I definitely believe WGL should be regulated and stop stop riding the backs of middle class and low income to pay their expenses.

My Light bill is too high.

I keep my filter changed every 3 months, & i only use 1 room in my house when im home. $261 isn't an accurate read for my light bill, because I'm rarely home.

Yes water gas and light is extremely to high I pay 406 this month and I am barely home until night which is when I get off of work it is ridiculous

My wife and I live in a modest 2 bedroom apartment. Our utilities normally run between 200 - 250.00 a month! That is nearly 2/3 of our rent...and almost a full quarter of my monthly income. How can this be right?

Here's to my idea of cutting back from the month before which cost me 275, and my new bill, AFTER CUTTING BACK, is 395 dollars!!!!!?!?!?

This been going on for years

Time for a change there were numerous times i used less lights in my household through-out an entire week and my meter still somehow registrred the same usage.

Definitely would welcome competition in Albany for utility services and regulations
