Lower our bills or give us other options! As customers we should matter and we don't. You don't hesitate to take our money but there is always hesitation when it comes time for our lights to be turned back on for whatever reasons due to a late bill or bad weather!

WGL bills are outrageous EVERY month! I make $7.25 an hour and have two children and WGL make surviving nearly impossible.

My light bill is over 200 dollars every month. I am a full time student working a part time job. I don't live with my parents anymore I'm 19 years old trying to take care of responsibilities. Lowering the cost would help a lot.

When I got my bill out the mailbox,I couldn't believe my eyes. I was like what is really going on?!! I've been staying in this same apartment for 6 years and never had to pay anything like this. SMH

I have never seen prices this high since I've been staying in Albany. Ga . This has to stop immediately!!!! Other bills are being pushed to the side an late fees are being attached to them because of these ridiculous rates that Water gas an light(Albany.Ga) are pending on us. Water, lights an gas are needs now a days. Our pay rate is not matching up with these rates at all.

My light bill is gradually going up & I'm not pleased about it because I get home evening time & I know for a fact I'm not using that much electricity!!!!! Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves, charging people what y'all want to charge them!!! Plain out ridiculous!!!!
