The priced are way out of hand. My mom live alone and is gone ways from home 10 hours or more daily and her bill is always over $300. I live in Atlanta and have three kids and haven't paid a bill over $200 yet!

I know for a fact that my light bill iss too high due to their only being one person that lives in a house without washer and dryer connection and my lightbill runni g like 265 to 279. Ppl I don't even have kids. PRIME EXAMPLE W,G&L CHARGING RIDICULOUS AMOUNTS FOR THIS ELECTRIC BILL. THEN YOU GET A 45 LATE FEE. WHY CHARGE ME 15.00 FOR LATE FEE. WHEN I JUST PAID LIGHT BILL ABOUT A WEEK AGO. AND THE NEW ONE DO A WEEK IN A HALF LATER. WELL HELLO PEOPLE BUT WHERE AND I TO GET MONEY TO PAY LIGHTBILL 2 WEEKS LATER AND THE ONLY SUPPOSE TO PAY ONCE A MONTH.

I'm not even home 12-15 hours out the day and my bill is still $350-400/month. Ridiculous!!

It's a shame that low income families have utility bills that average twice as much as families with higher incomes...something needs to be done

My light bill is extremely too high. I live alone and theres no way my lightbill should be $200.00. I be at work most of the day and I barely use my electricty.

Yesss... Overcharged me earlier this year and when I called to inquire they requested a worker come check out the meter. The next month my bill was lower .. But I was not refunded .. Had to pay a $320 light bill for my tiny one br apartment ..

It's a shame how much is being charged. I mean it's just outrageous!! Georgia power customers are very satisfied and they just about use the same electric as water gas and light customers.

I'm paying the the same amount for my utilities as my mortgage, I don't understand, when I purchased this house my bill stayed around 175.00 then about two years later it just got unbearable. The summer months are the worst.
