I agree if u take off all the extra charges light bill would be affordable and so many people would not be struggling to keep there lights on

It's only one person in my house and I don't be home because my work schedule and my light bill be high all the time. I even had them to come back out to read it again and they say it be right. I fill we should be able to choose between other company's because clearly they are cheating a lot of people more of the ones with low income.

Sad, but go in Doublegate area where they lightbill is only $75 to $100.

It is too high.it My bills 360-460 a month . no one is home from 730am-530pm . So idk why its so high.

after paying a light bill of $678 I completely agree. That more than I paid for rent at my old apartment.

It's ridiculous how much they are charging customers in East Albany. My mom utility is about 430.00,mined 400.00. My mother only gets social security for 700.00 monthly.

Im single mother of 4 kids. My light bill $482 & my rent $650. I CAN BARELY LIVE WITH HIGH UTILITY BILL! I had my meter re-read and utilized Water, Gas, & Light free home inspection to see if quality of my home affecting my bill, I was told everything was energy efficient.

I agree, I just recently moved to Albany, GA. I cannot believe how much my bill is every month. I am ready to move out of Albany, before I'm living on the streets because I can't afford to pay my bill that is 600.00 or more a month.

I just wanna say this, how are you getting the number of the media. When all they do is ride by an scan. They could be scanning mines with somebody else. My bill is never under $300 an I work all day

They really need to do something because it's rediculio. My bill was $100 more than last month and I do the same thing everyday at my home, plus no one is there during the day. Just terrible!

It is truly not right for the bills to be as high as it has been being.The bill shouldn't be more than your other bills.
