Water, Gas, and Lights of Albany, GA is charging customers too much for services.

These utility bills are ridiculous .

This is right all my family members including me are tired of the high utilities its getting ridiculous!!!!

WG&L rates are OUTRAGEOUS!!! They need to be regulated. Times are hard enough. I can't imagine the elderly paying these prices.

I live with my mother and it is very hard finding a job and every month the light bill comes in the mail we are scared to open it. For the last 3 or 4 months out light bill has been above 5 and we barely be home I just dont understand. We need answers ASAP

The way their rates n penalty set up is BEYOND CRAZY...and sad part is there's NEVER a real explanation,but no matter what they better receive your PAYMENT!!!

I agree the prices are ridiculous & its so hard to get an extension. No matter how many times you paid your bill it doesn't matter when u don't pay lights off

I was paying two and three hundred dollar light bills at two different locations and I was never home. The other thing I had plugged in was my microwave, stove, and refrigerator and the bill was still ridiculous.

I have been in Albany for 5 years and my bill have been over 350.00 every year!!! Then to top it off if you ask for an extension you have to pay 75% of what's due which makes no sense if I can pay that why would I need an extension? WG&L is a rip off. Someone needs to look into this company to see what's going on because this isn't right!! We need answers !!!

This is so bad because the elderly suffer more than anyone from these high electrical bills!

I live by myself, work 60+ hours a week, and keep a similar routine each month. My bill can always be predicted to rise over 300 bucks during the summer months of June-August though I never adjust the temperature. Albany really needs to have some competition because I can almost guarantee that the bills would magically go down.
