And then they want to start a 200 dollar deposit, it was already hard enough to pay the 100 dollar deposit smh

Extra charges and it has to be a life or death situation to even be considered for help and I have adjustments on my bill every month, I'm always being over charged, someone is miscalculating our bills.

Water gas and light is a rip off I had 717.00 light bill and nothing changed in my household from prior month

I totally agree...I been saying this all the time like how in the heck a light bill almost or is higher than the rent..something isn't right there's no way in heaven we using that much electricity NO FREAKING WAY

My light bill went from 230 one month and jumped to 537 the next month. I don't understand. It's not slowing Goin up its jumping that's ridiculous then ion have money left to feed my kids pay my car note and nothing else. They came to read my meter and said they couldn't cause my gate was locked but they still wrote in numbers but my meter is before my gate and you don't have to touch my gate to check my meter, complained and nothing was done about it. Makes me think I've been pencil whipped front the start

I stay by my self with 2 jobs n barely home n keep a 330 or more bill n every time I say check my meter nothing is ever wrong

I'm so glad to be away from WGL. I was in a 3 bd 2 bth and my bill was averaging about 480.00 a month. I moved into a 4 bd 3bth and I'm with Mitchell EMC and my bill drops to an average of 230.00. WGL IS A RIP OFF I LOVE MITCHELL

My light bill has been TO HIGH FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS...WG&L charge WAY 2 MUCH for their services.My light bill has been $400 dollars or better for WAY 2 LONG.

I only have water with them and my water bill went from 100 including sewage, trash & taxes to 300 dollars and we had not did anything different from 1 month to the next
