My grandmother is on a fixed income and her light bill is ridiculous for her and she is the only one in the house, that make it hard for her to get her meds

would like for someone else to come and check our meters. Something isn't right...im a mother of three and i can hardly make it. Every month im asking for an extension which is granted(for two days).. but im barely haveing any money left for foods for my family.Please can someone look into our bills and find a better solution for billing!

My bill went up$1094th writhing 2 months. There is no one home till after 7pm. Then it bed time. Please explain.

It's really don't make no sense tho charge us that much for lights, something gots to change.

I try to keep the bill down but nothing helps other and freezing in the winter and burning up in the summer? I turn off water heater and night, wash after 12 midnight and keep AC on 78-80! Very frustrated!

I have never seen my bill this high and I'm hardly ever home the electrical itself was 200bucks and the only thing we use is one tv and the air is set on 78auto what is really going on

My bill is too high I also have to choose between food for my son's ,extension on my rent and etc. This bill has been too high for the last 2 months or so. My bill has never been so high in the 3's .please so setting about this asap

They charge what the hell they wanna charge. So happy not to have to deal with them anymore; I now have Ga Power. Hope this petition can do something.

They charge you what they want I have not done anything different in my house but my bill jump up 200$

The company charges a fee to make an arrangement. They will not accommodate the customer unless it is life threatening even to modify dates for billings. Fees are doubled when paid after due date. More costly to stay disconnected.

The last two months my light bill jumped from 349 a month to 504 a month. No one is hardly home.
