Water, Gas, and Lights of Albany, GA is charging customers too much for services.

Disgrace!!!

The utilities bills are outrageous. I am never home and my bill is just as much as my rent. I cannot afford the bills mnthly. Something has got to change.

I pay entirely to much toward utility for a 3 bedroom house. I have tried the differeny ways yo reduce my utility cost and nothing is working out for me.. I have come to an conclusion that we are being over charged for utilities.

I am on the budget bill and still paying too much for my bill. They service is too much. It is time for a change.

It really should be a choice on which company you use.

Bill is always fluctuating and high, but my thermostat is always set on same temp.

I lived in a one bedroom one bath house and my bill was about $400 a month. It was just me. It was more than my rent. Like what? I got and extension but it was like pulling teeth to get it. Then when you do get it you have like five days to pay it.

I am a senior citizen & spend al least 6 months in NC & my bill seems to extremely high for it to be an empty house for so long.

This is ridiculous, I work 12hr, rotation, my 15yr old daughter is almost never home & it's only us 2 in this house & my utility bill is always almost $400 monthly.... I was informed that all the customers of water gas & lights are allowed so many kilowatts monthly & all that isn't used yearly, is suppose to be issued back as a credit to the customers account.... But we have never heard of nor seen any credits towards our accounts for nonuse of all kilowatts, It's somewhat like an escrow account per customer, so not only are they over charging us, they are withholding funds from the customer... This information was provided to me by an employee of water, gas & lights...

It just keep going up, I unplug the outlets when not in use & my ac stays on the same temp.

There have been no changes in how I run my household but my bill Is increasing every month.

I lived in Albany for over 6 years. I have also lived in other cities in Ga and I'm currently living in Florida. WGL was by far the highest utility bills I ever paid in my life.

It has gotten ridiculous how much our bills are. Sewage & garbage charges are to high, storm water charge is to much. Every year, they're adding on a new fee

I am the only one who lives in my household and my light bill is over 300 dollars! I barely even be home during the day to use any electricity and when I am home I barely use any electricity at all!!! My light bill is almost the same amount as my rent which is 400$!! I can't keep paying this high utility bill when it's just me and I know I'm not even using that much electricity

Well nobody lightbills shouldnt be that high because people got rent and other bills to pay and everybody got to pay they lightbill. But water gas and light wrong for these lightbills.

My Utilities are also definitely too much every month & I'm on a fixed income & whenever you call them to try to some help they never have no extra funds
