There is 2 adults and 1 child in my house and we are gone most of the day and my light bill is still $347 and up every month. This has to stop.

You can repeatedly do the same things in your home from month to month but the billing never stays the same. Month to month it gets higher and higher forcing you to decide which bills too pay. Some go make another bill just to pay the electric bill. Sad smh

My light bill been high going on three months now and I think they need to go down or stop over charging us cause Albany trying to buy buildings and other stuff that doesn't have anything to do with us

I run same amount every month when do cut back by unplugging everything and turn my air or putting on auto it get higher so damn if I do Danny if I don't it still go up

I have seen my parents WGL bill and they barely have things on and it's ridiculous. Fixed income people shouldn't have to decide whether to have utilities, eat or maintain their health!

I don't have WG&L ( thank GOD!), but my sister and friends have showed me their bills. They pay more for utilities in an apartment, than Mitchel EMC charges me for a 3br house. Simply ridiculous.

I have seen in the past couple of years that my bill has just about tripled. My housing is fairly new, so I know it is energy efficient and the way that use electricity has not changed.

The bills are too high and its not fair. I also feel like the customer should be able to set up payment arrangements within the month if they cannot pay it all at once.
