Two months of high light bills,really you have to budget for food not cool and you get attitude when you call.

I totally agree with everything that is being said about Water Gas and Light. Then the sad part of the situation they don't want to help no one in need. When you report problems they take forever and a day to look into the situation. Other companies need to look into replacing Water Gas and Light!!

These bills are extremely high. Every month our bill goes up another hundred dollars. It is no reason for our bill to continue to increase when we are not at home from 7am-8:30pm every day and we're asleep at least 8hrs out of the next few. Something needs to be changed as soon as possible.. The light bill is as high as the rent if not higher!

Yes I do agree we are needing choices here in Albany Ga. When it comes to utility companies and cable companies. They are definitely getting over when it comes to these fees and rates they go up on every year.Not including we already are paying out the butt for utilities already.

I'm disabled & only received a check once a month I keep our temperature gage on wat they sd 78 for for months now & changing the filter & my light is still very high please help
