Water, Gas, and Lights of Albany, GA is charging customers too much for services.

They need a new company with reasonable prices because this is ridiculous

The cost of living is too low and with minimal wage jobs!!! It’s no way they expect us to be able to pay those large amounts???

My light bill is extremely high

Live on Eastside of town of Albany. Our power goes out ALL the time. Off at this very moment. WHY????. I pay our bill on time yet, why can't they fix this problem of these continuous power outage? Plus the bill keeps increasing. How is this possible. Who else bills are WE paying for? This is insane. 8 years of this. Will it ever end?

Especially in the lower income areas where there is no comparison to electricity used between higher income areas whom have way more electricity generated "things"

Water Gas And Light is charging to to much for electricity. What has to be done in order for billing to be lower. I have a bill that's over 700 and that's crazy.

I hate this company, I can't pay my bill using my American express card account so I use my checking account which is the same bank and get charged $30 because of them saying returned check but how can it be returned. My card and checking account are the same company so it should not have been a charge at all I should have been receiving a notice that this account type cannot be accepted. Called and spoke to the company and had to get someone higher whick was a supervisor and she says their is nothing that can be done. This company just doesnt care at all. Point is that there should not have been a charge at all.

How do they even know how much to charge? I never see anyone come and read the meter.

The utility bill my family and friends have told me about are insane people can't afford these high utility bills. The money that water, gas and light have in the escrow needs to go towards helping people with these high utility bills.

I been staying on pinedale court over 10 years .my light bill has never been $321.00.This is crazy!. My husband and I called water gas and light. Customer service ask what is air set on 73-75. She told us. We needed to put it on 78. Hell that's off. It won't even come on at all we told. Her, she said that's whati mean . it has too be off. So your light bill won't be high. They think they can charge people what ever . it's time we all take a stand.
