My bill is the same as my rent. I am constantly making the decision to pay my electricity or rent... Then you can't get a simple extension unless it's medical. I paid me bill faithfully but my pay period is now on the last day of the month.. At least adjust my due date to help me avoid cut off fees, late fees, and other hidden cost!

Water gas and light is over charging everybody.. For them to get their services from Georgia Power is fair at all to the citizens of Albany ga .. Last but not least Water gas and light will cut off your services if you are less then $ 5.00 short.. Georgia Power don't do that..

In the past two months, my bill has increased almost 50%. I have made no increased changes to my usage. In fact, I could argue I have even decreased my usage. It is baffling how this can occur without some intervention or at least an inquiry from our local elected officials.

When I was living in Albany, Ga, it was damn near impossible to figure which bill is important. So I would pay rent. My lights would be turned off for two weeks before I could pay the bill. No one should have to live like that.

my light bill been 753.00 for one month. that is just awful and I am moving out of Albany an every body else better get the hell out of dirty county!.

My bill has always been extremely high with WG&L ($500) & it's ridiculous that they aren't willing to work with people to pay these high bills. I'm thankful I have a decent job & somehow manage to keep my lights on but what about those who don't or can't. It's unfair peoe have to choose between lights & other necessities!!! Bring some competition to Albany & see how fast those rates drop!!!

This is ridiculous. Y'all better not take shit else from me. People tired of paying these high light bills then y'all have the nerve to be moving to another building. I hope that mess flood.. You all do not understand what we have to go through struggling even though we have jobs these light bills are just to damn high to be paying every month then can't get an extinction. How about you all paying everybody light bill and see what we going through.i hope everybody fall into a hole walking out the building.!

WGL definitely needs some competition! They can charge whatever they want because they have a monopoly on utilities in the Albany area. When I lived in Atlanta and had GA Power and Natural Gas, my combined bills were never even half the amount that I pay now with WGL.
