Ever since creating "World of Warships", the game's publisher Wargaming has tried in vain to successfully integrate aircraft carriers (CV). Even after the latest of many "fixes" to the big CV rework of 2019, all independent polls and player surveys have consistently shown very low approval ratings, with only a small fraction of 10 to 20 per cent of players regarding CVs to be enriching the gaming experience, while the vast majority finds them to make the gaming experience worse.

We, the petitioners, respectfully request that Wargaming finally fix the aircraft carrier problem. There are two fixes we would consider acceptable:

1) Either remove CVs from the game completely as a playable class of ships; or

2) by whatever means you consider appropriate and necessary, limit the number of CVs in Random battles to a maximum of one per side across all tiers and bring the percentage of Random battles with CVs participation in line with the ships' approval rating among the player base, which is currently significantly below 20 per cent.
