Having finally made a nighttime assessment, I concur: a lamp is needed at the east end, but the others are lost a mid the garage lights on homes. My vote is to remove all lamps, but the one at the east end.

Street Lights enhance the appearance of our Community and add value to our property. Why in the world would we eliminate them!

Option A. I agree the east end can use more light. I walked around the neighborhood yesterday after dark and I don't think the street lights add anything to the garage lighting for security purposes. In fact,I like some darker skies at night. I don't think Option B would add more security, but if they add "beautification" to Weston Woods, I can understand that, but I'm not an expert on that.

Option 1.
Every little bit we can do to reduce light pollution is a win.
