I'm tired of playing musical cars because of rentals filled with up to 6 tenants each with cars.

Daly City is not what it used to be. Code Enforcement is not doing its job. This is Code Enforcement mission statement: "The City’s code enforcement efforts fulfill the first two goals of the Daly City’s mission statement: Assure the safety and general well-being of the community. Preserve, improve and develop the physical and aesthetic aspects of the community." Seriously?! Code Enforcement has done nothing for my well-being. Try living next to a household of four families (14 people) in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house, that is NOT OWNER OCCUPIED. Multiple noise complaints to the police. Contacted code enforcement to no avail. Code enforcement keeps saying they are investigating the issue. It has been at least three years! Seriously, how long does it take?! There is another house on my block that has several families in it, same situation, 2 bedroom, 1 bath house. Home owners don't have rights, renters do.

The owner is renting out to as many people as she wants and collecting a lot of income paying for more than the mortgage. I called the police multiple times (noise complaints) and contacted Code Enforcement multiple times to no avail. I have lived here over 40 years. Renters have more rights than home owners.

Orange house on Stoneyford has paved over the entire front of the house and park 8-10 cars. Ridiculous

Neighbor here rents out to many students, with new one coming and going every school semester. This brings more cars and noise (friends, classmates, etc) to the area. Owner stuffed all their belongings into garage in order to make space for rentals. Garage is not being used for parking. That house has at least 5 or 6 cars. This needs to stop!

I'm a homeowner in Westlake Northwest across from OLM school and church. Our neighbor has a five bedroom house and they are renting out to what seems like several different people with at least 5 different cars. I'm not happy with this situation.

Stop the paving. Multi-units are destroying Daly City.

Stop the cementing over of the front yards and give us back the single family homes.

It's happening on my street. Have lived there 25 years and no where to park because the homes are filled with more than one family! Rooms being rented!! It's horrible!!

I'm tired of all these developers/investors buying up property and subdividing into 3+ units. How can normal American citizens buy a house anymore?
