We, the undersigned, demand the state of West Virginia's legislators and governing bodies refrain from taking any actions which might be construed as unilateral recognition as an Indian tribe of ANY group which has not been formally recognized by the Secretary of the United States Department of the Interior as an Indian Tribe as set forth in Federal statute § 25 C.F.R -83.7 within the Code of Federal Regulations.
