Any complaint should come from her congregation.

It is imperative, I think, that all pertinent voices be heard during this hearing

As our Prime Minister said regarding another progressive issue. "It is 2016". The Christian Church needs to change or die.

I am a retired Presbyterian minister in the US, and have benefited from Gretta's writings. I hope to visit West Hill sometime this year or next, and cannot believe that the congregation has no voice at this "trial." I believe with Gretta that Christian faith is constructed of myths and metaphors which need to be opened up for Christians in the 21st century. Mostly, I cannot believe that the United Church is carrying on this inquisition.

How could our "united and uniting" church behave like biased politicians in refusing a voice to a supporter of their target! This review could be a step toward more evolved ways of resolving conflict, instead of a mean-spirited slide back into old ways of simply gagging the opposition? Come on, Toronto Conference, take that brave step forward!

Grertta Vosper is a major asset to the church and to its future. Instead of persecuting her, try listening to her and to those who support her.

Gretta is a fresh voice advocating for a new understanding. Please do not allow fear to muffle her insights.

This is too important to not include input from the West Hill congregation.

Gretta Vosper is a wonderful minister who truly cares about people and truth. Please allow those who know her best and who have grown spiritually through her ministry to speak on her behalf.

This is an unfortunate and possibly illegal process which we deplore. This process demeans all of us in the United Church.

I would have thought the United Church was above repeating the insanity of the Inquisition. Sadly I seem to be wrong. Jesus wept.

Why close the doors to anyone wanting to contribute? Why the fear?

The human world has to change and become more positive in a self spiritual manner of one's own choosing. Then there will be no hatred in the name of any individual's perception of a higher being that created Us. When they all find out that God is a Woman and that we are all from the same drop of water humanity will know true peace.

Holding you in my thoughts and prayers. The church should be present as all covenanted relationships within our churchs are three ways.
Any complaint should come from her congregation.
