I support 500% the petition to allow our West Hill congregation, and all of Gretta's supporters outside our congregation, to be represented at the review in support of her ministry to us.

I support Gretta Vosper. A proud member of the United Church for 33 years - until TC started this process. I transferred to WHUC the year before she started her ministry with us and have been proud to be with her on her journey through its' natural progression. Please make sure you listen and hear the voices from WHUC.

I request that you allow a supporter to attend with Gretta Vosper at the 'interview' in the interest of natural justice and fairness. It is good governance to do this in employment matters in business and commerce and it seems overbearing when the church cannot bring itself to at least match the consideration given beyond its walls. A supporter from the membership allows the members to have their say as they are in relationship with their pastor and this can surely be taken into account in reaching a decision.

After many years of absence from church attendance, Gretta and her kindness have re-introduced church into our lives!

There is no other place I would rather be on a Sunday morning other than in West Hill United church. The relevancy in theology of word and song speak to me in a life giving way. John Shelby Spong ,in his open letter to the Moderator of the United Church of Canada, The Rt. Rev. Jordan Cantwell, stated that and I quote "The whole way we tell the Jesus story has got to be rethought and reformulated. To say that publically as Gretta has done ,is not to be a threat to the church, it is to be the hope of the church." Sheila and Bill Fairburn.

As a non-member of the congregation, I would like to testify to the extraordinary and uplifting influence of Rev. Voster's work across the city. I ask the Toronto Conference to give due weight to the heavy blow that would be dealt to the City's spiritual life by interference with her ministry.

Every defendant deserves support. Not allow this in a church environment would be contrary to what Jesus advocated. Brexit is a view to the future for the UC if Gretta is defrocked. She represents the 64% of people who support her view of God. You will lose ministers and members.

I am a fairly new member to West Hill United Church and I feel that Rev. Vosper should remain as minister of this most dynamic community.

A fair process would involve representation from both sides of this issue.

West Hill United's immediate congregation family and its followers and supporters on line must be represented by their Chair of the Board at the Toronto Conference's review.
