I am NOT a member of West Hill United Church. I support that Rev. Vosper should NOT be removed from ministry in the United Church of Canada.

The tenets of 'fairness' in any quasi-judicial proceeding must be paramount and observed, including 'Audi alteram partem'. This should include the church community which Rev. Vosper leads.

The voice of the Congregation of West Hill United is important. Their Board Chair, Randy Bowes represents the Congregation and needs to be heard.

At any review where a minister's effectiveness is being evaluated, it is essential to have the congregation represented. There is nothing more important than the minister's relationship with his/her congregation. Surely that is what "effectiveness" is all about. As the Chair of the West Hill Board , Randy Bowes should be there.

West Hill wants to keep its exceptional Minister. Randy Bowes can help Toronto Conference understand why.
