My sons class had 17 kids in it this year, and he thrived! Kids will get lost academically in larger classes.

They have no reason to do that when they will have extra empty classrooms after they lose the 6th grade. It's senseless. Use your heads people.

WES has awesome teachers and great classroom sizes. This should not change due to other schools not wanting to move Thier children, which would not effect their quality of education only their social circles and travel time. This effects my daughter's quality of learning...

I ask that the school board not decide to reduce the number of classes so each student can get the attention and opportunity of assistance they need.

WES should not suffer because of GES and NH not wanting to change

Classes are big enough at 20 kids. Students are not getting the special help they need in subjects that they need help with.

Not redistricting children to WES is like putting a band aid on a gaping wound. While this may help budget matters short-term, over the long-term we will lose quality educators and pay associated costs of recruiting, hiring, training, etc. Paras in the classroom will increase, making things more cramped and chaotic. This directly affects the quality of education both at WES and the other Boyertown schools, where they are busting at the seams.

Why should my child's education be negatively impacted because other elementary schools have more students?

This is not fair for the students or teachers. We love BASD but may consider moving if this occurs.
