I agree with Jeroen -- present a cohesive plan and budget that includes future maintenance costs to enable owners to make an informed decision and put it to vote at an Association meeting. I like the idea of it, but I don't like the idea of increasing our HOA fees to cover it.

In agreement under terms and conditions as described in respect to location in the petition document. As highlighted by other community members, it should be developed within a larger plan for green space including fencing cost, maintenance cost and financial magnitude towards association budget. Please work it out to necessary details and put if for vote in Association Meeting in September.

I support a Wellesley dog park. Great benefit.

This is an excellent idea so that all the dogs in our community can have place to roam free and be dogs. It will also allow them to become friendly and familiar with one another.

Unit 402. Our dog needs a place to run and this would be perfect. Just keep an eye on the maintenance fees.

The Dog Park is a good idea, and I would support it within the context of an overall Master Plan for the green space. As is, the green space detracts from the value and beauty of our community with concerns for safety, lighting, blight, dumping etc... If we could arrive at something more "planned", including great ideas like the Dog Park, we could find a fantastic balance of natural space, used space, and possibly more units for the betterment of the entire community. Within that context, a Dog Park would certainly be something I'd support!
